The Regulation Practice Programme is a structured professional development programme for regulators, policy professionals and regulatory leaders. It provides free learning content, practical scenarios, professional briefings and optional formal recognition across five development levels aligned to the DBIST Core Regulatory Skills Framework.
All learning content is freely accessible. The Senior Leadership Programme is the executive development route for the Leader level. Professional recognition is entirely voluntary.

Learning Modules
Learning modules are organised across five development levels. Each level contains modules for all five DBIST themes and 20 core regulatory skills. Learning modules include worked examples, case studies and applied content appropriate to that level.
Awareness
Foundation regulatory knowledge. New to regulation or requiring a structured introduction.
Open level WorkingWorking
Independent practice in routine regulatory work. Applying regulatory principles with confidence.
Open level PractitionerPractitioner
Advanced practice. Advising on complex matters, managing regulatory processes and frameworks.
