From Framework to Workforce Capability
The Regulation Practice Programme supports organisational capability through two complementary but distinct pathways. The professional capability pathway runs Awareness → Working → Practitioner → Advanced Practitioner. The executive leadership pathway is the Leader level, supported by the Senior Leadership Programme. The sections below explain how organisational outcomes are achieved.
