Professional Recognition is entirely optional. All learning resources remain freely accessible. Certification provides formal recognition of capability at Practitioner, Advanced Practitioner and Leader levels. The Senior Leadership Programme is a facilitated executive development programme — distinct from Professional Recognition and exclusively available at the Leader level.
Recognition Pathways

What is Professional Recognition?
Professional Recognition is entirely optional. The Regulation Practice Programme may be completed without assessment.
Learners who wish to formally demonstrate capability may undertake assessment and receive certification aligned to their level of practice.

Senior Leadership Programme
The executive development route for the Leader level — distinct from Advanced Practitioner
The Senior Leadership Programme is the College of Lawmakers' executive development programme for regulatory leaders operating at the Leader level. Six facilitated leadership seminars exploring strategic regulatory judgement, executive leadership capability and regulatory excellence.
Seminars are delivered by experienced regulatory practitioners combining case studies, scenario exercises, group discussions and applied workshop activities.
