How the assessment works

The assessment is based on how you apply regulatory thinking in practice.

You will be assessed against:

Proportionality
Use of evidence
Regulatory judgement
Clarity of reasoning

A different approach

This is not a traditional exam.

You will be presented with realistic regulatory scenarios and asked to respond as you would in practice.

There are no model answers — the focus is on your reasoning and judgement.

Regulation Practice Programme
